2019 Annual Meeting of Owners  
The Waggoner Park Condominiums 2019 Owners Annual Meeting will be held at the clubhouse located at 8337 Glabra Drive on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 7 PM.  The annual meeting notice has been mailed out to all owners via USPS.

Car Break In'sPlease be sure to remove all valuables from your vehicles and lock all doors when parked outside. If you have a security camera that has captured footage of this crime please email the board at board@waggonerpark.com and police@waggonerpark.com.

In order to better utilize the services of our Special Duty Police Officers, we have set up a special email address for residents of Waggoner Park to report issues affecting our community; i.e., illegal dumping, illegal access to pools and fitness centers, speeding violations within the community, suspicious persons or activity, etc. The email address is:  police@waggonerpark.com .

  

Police Officers will not respond directly to emails sent to this address unless there is a need for more information. As always, if you have a medical, fire, or other emergency, please call 911 or the Columbus Police at 645-4545.

Community Logo
Did you notice a new look? Earlier this year, a new logo was born. The different sized circles represent individuality within a community, bounded by the solid-half foundation that represents our association. As we work towards improving our community, this helps Waggoner Park residents identify with a symbol that is new, fresh and most importantly - meaningful.
Permitted Bulk Collection Items

Our community has a bulk trash pickup area located halfway down Preswicke Mill, between the mailboxes and the trash compactor. The bulk trash area is available to residents of the community only, and is meant for the purpose of any permitted item that is too large to fit in the compactor door. Please refer to the attached document for a list of all items accepted at the bulk trash area. If you have any questions, you can reach the property manager at 614.781.0055, or, if you are unsure about a bulk collection item, please call the city at 614-645-3111.

Please note that any unacceptable items result in the City of Columbus not picking up our trash and the community has to pay additional money for clean-up and removal of all items in the bulk trash area! A list of permitted bulk items is located below.
